We have changed the way you request repeat medication for your pet as we streamline our online services. Orders are now placed via PetsApp.
If you already have the app, please start a chat with us, alternatively click the round blue PetsApp widget icon at the bottom of the screen to start a chat with us and we will look after everything else for you. If you are contacting us via the widget, please be sure to provide your name and your pet’s name so we can identify you!
We do still ask that:

- You provide as much detail as possible about the medication you are ordering to avoid confusion (name, strength, dosage etc)
- Repeat prescriptions requested online require at least 24 hours (Monday – Friday) before collection. If you will require medication sooner, please call your usual clinic.
- You should only use this system to request medication which your pet uses regularly. It may not be possible to issue a repeat of medication that has not been ordered for some time, without a vet health check or discussion. Medication cannot be requested online if your pet has not been prescribed it previously by Flynn Vets.
- Please give as much notice as possible for your request to avoid disappointment. We will contact you to advise if there are any supply problems with the requested medicines.

We aim to reply to all requests to let you know when your prescription is ready for collection. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours (Monday – Friday), please get in touch.
